At Toss Sports, we strive to ensure the quality and durability of all our products. Please review our returns and warranty policy below:
General Return & Replacement Policy
Returns and replacements are strictly applicable only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition. In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and proof of damage for assessment.
Products that are not damaged upon delivery are not eligible for return or replacement under any circumstances.
Warranty Information
We currently offer limited service warranties on select product series as follows:
POWERX Series
Products under the POWERX batch come with a 3-month service warranty from the date of purchase.
Covered under warranty:
Minor cracks
Wood chipping
Edge damage
Handle issues
Important Notes:
This is a service-only warranty; replacement is not applicable.
Physical damage caused due to reckless play (e.g., repeated ground hits) will be meticulously assessed. Warranty coverage will be confirmed based on this evaluation.
GRAPHIX Series
Products under the GRAPHIX series (note: GRAPHIX in capital letters) come with a 1-month handle replacement warranty only.
Non-Warranty Products
All other bats, including Sri Lankan series and Kashmir Willow bats, do not come with any form of return, replacement, or warranty coverage.

At Tossports, we are committed to delivering the highest quality cricket bats. To ensure transparency and maintain the integrity of our products, please read the warranty terms below carefully:
• Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects resulting from ball impact.
• Bats showing signs of physical damage due to improper use, edge hitting, toe damage, water/moisture exposure, or any non-ball impact will not be covered.
• Each bat submitted for warranty will undergo a thorough quality inspection by our production and warehouse team.
• Only after passing the inspection and being verified as a genuine manufacturing defect, the warranty claim will be approved.
• The final decision regarding the approval or rejection of the warranty claim rests solely with our internal quality control team.
